  • This is our Training Folder including all policies and procedures that we will follow in order to satisfy the Charity Commissioners for England and Wales and to make our training happen according to the Word of the Lord.
  • The Pink Folder is a best practice document which means that it is a work in progress, it will grow and change as we work to improve every aspect of the work. Section 10 explains how we change any part of the folder.
  • Every reference to YWAM England throughout these documents should be understood as YWAM England AND Wales.
  • The Pink Folder includes a variety of very helpful documents including Administration of Schools: A checklist of everything(?) that needs to be done and when it needs to be done in order to run a school.
  • And it includes our legal obligations to the UK Home Office Borders Agency such as the following: Attendance and Leaving our School/Course and Non-Arrival of Students from outside the European Union
  • And finally, in YWAM UK we have no students! We only have YWAMers. We have made it clear to the UK Government that we are not a college or school or university, we are a missionary organization that provides some training for members in order for them to do the work of missioning! So, when ever you see the word student, it means YWAMers.
