to see YWAM become more efficient, better, to grow and meet our great goals of reaching the lost
More specific:
- Quantity: to capture as much knowledge as possible
- Quality: to capture knowledge and best practices as accurately, balanced and life-bringing as possible
- Multiplication: to help better equip the next wave of YWAM leaders
- Go Deeper: to help the equip the current wave of YWAM leaders
- Multi-cultural: to teach us how to work together across national borders better
In the spirit of Measuring Job Performance, we have fixed some measurable goals:
- A yearly increase of people (compared to previous years) who are making more than 10 edits a year.
