I'd like to recommend a book that I call "THE Evangelism Practice Toolkit". One of the difficulties in encouraging Christians to share their faith or do practical loving things for their neighbours is knowing what they might do. This book is totally full of often brilliant things to do to practice talking to others and doing loving things for them.

For example:

• donate your old car to charity
• at a football match, buy more teas than you need and hand them out
• drop by the emergency ward at the hospital on your way home at night and leave a selection of snacks for the night-shift workers.
